This Division works on the Group investment projects and properties, and responsible for identifying commercial properties (commercial offices, retail shops, malls and iconic stripes and blocks) for investment at prime locations.

The property is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, a renowned traditional tourist, shopping and entertainment area. Currently, this locale is developed into a ‘Kowloon Lan Kwai Fong’, with a vibrant mix of business and leisure facilities in addition to the surrounding retail emporiums.
