Capital Hills Investment Holdings Ltd., with our headquarters in Hong Kong, was founded by a group of commercial property investors and property professionals back in 2010.
We set up our headquarters and regional base in Hong Kong, which is a globally-recognized, dynamic, cross-cultural world city; a world financial center where billions of dollars are traded on a daily basis; our laissez-faire system is highly attractive to international investors and venture capitalists making us a regional hub for capital & hot money.
We are a commercial property investment group focused on acquiring high-return projects and retail properties at prime locations; and a young player in the land & property development industry, mainly for commercial properties, urban redevelopment projects & office premises.
We are also engaged in the development and management of luxury, design-led, iconic serviced apartments and modern boutique hotels in Hong Kong, and will expand this business to China and other Asian cities in the near future.
